I love this dollhouse! It is adorable! I bought it for my granddaughter for her 3rd birthday on Christmas Day. She loved it and the furniture that came with it. She is the perfect age for it. The swivel bottom makes it very easy to turn it whenever she wants. I would say the only thing to be aware of is it does take some assembly. My husband and his trusty screw gun was able to put it together in about an hour. It is so worth the assembly though.
